Matters needing attention after oxidation treatment of aluminum profiles

In order to make the surface of the aluminum profile produce a hard and anti-corrosion surface, we will anodize some aluminum workpieces. This process effect can not only improve the performance of the aluminum profile workpiece, but also improve the aesthetics of the workpiece. However, some matters need to be paid attention to after the aluminum oxidation treatment, otherwise the use of the aluminum workpiece will not be effective, and even lead to early damage to the aluminum.

1. Rinse with hot water. After oxidation, the aluminum parts need to be rinsed with hot water to age the film. However, the water temperature and time should be strictly controlled. If the water temperature is too high, the film layer will be thinned and the color will become lighter. If the treatment time is too long, similar problems will occur. The suitable temperature and time are: temperature 40~50℃ and time 0.5~1MIN.

2. Drying, it is better to dry naturally. Hang the aluminum parts washed with hot water on the shelf diagonally, and let the free water on the working surface flow down in a vertical direction. The water droplets that flow to the lower corners are sucked up with a towel, and the color of the film layer dried by this method will not be affected, and it will appear natural.

3. Aging, the aging method can be determined according to the climatic conditions. In summer with strong sunlight, it can be exposed to sunlight, and in rainy days or in winter, it can be baked in an oven. The process conditions are: temperature 40~50℃, time 10~15min
