The materials of solar photovoltaic brackets are aluminum alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc. The surface of the photovoltaic bracket is not as high as the photovoltaic frame. The aluminum alloy bracket is generally anodized, and the surface of the steel bracket is galvanized to prevent outdoor oxidation and corrosion. According to the different movable performance, photovoltaic support can be divided into fixed photovoltaic support, adjustable photovoltaic support and tracking photovoltaic support. The stability, load and safety performance requirements of photovoltaic supports are relatively high.
3. Photovoltaic pressing blocks, also called panel pressing blocks, play an auxiliary role as a bracket to install and fix the solar panels. Photovoltaic pressure blocks are divided into side pressure blocks and medium pressure blocks. The middle pressure block is used as the connection between two adjacent solar panels, and the side pressure block is used as the connection between the photovoltaic panel and the support. For some double-glass frameless modules, the pressing block directly clamps the photovoltaic glass and then connects to the bracket. The material of the compact is generally 6063 aluminum alloy, and the surface is anodized.
